Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer refunds at the moment.
RETURN​
Kindly let us know if there was something wrong with the order, e.g. packaging, sizing, wrong item, by sending an email to alchemiecreationsca@gmail.com and we will gladly make the necessary corrections immediately.​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item for return must be shipped within 3 days of receiving it and with proof of return shipping and tracking information.
To start a return, you can contact us at alchemiecreationsca@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly note: The customer bears the cost for the return.

No Return, Exchange or Refund on all personalized or customized items.
RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, all sales are final, and there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges.
EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. Once the return is accepted, we let you know the next step to take to process the exchange.
REFUND
Refund will only be processed if the error is on our part and you would like to be refunded. Let us know, and we will process the refund to your original payment method after the return has been received, inspected and accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
